The design process

It took three revisions and six full months to get it right. The process wasn’t about making it complex, but about making it feel right.

The early versions came out too sharp, too stiff, for what was intended. So the team ended up refining it. We softened the structure, adjusted the proportions, and worked on it until it became something we could actually see ourselves wearing.

The process didn’t stop at design. We worked closely with a local Philippine manufacturer that shares the same values, and only produces what’s needed, without excess. It’s a quieter way of pushing back against fast fashion, less about the volume, more about quality and intention.

The materials follow the same thinking: durable, responsible, and made to last, without being too expensive.

The result is the City Tote. Made from vegan leather, with multiple compartments to keep everything organized for everyday use.
