  • Outside Metro Manila: 5-10 days.

Delivery Costs:
We offer a fixed rate for shipping, which will be added directly to your order's subtotal. This ensures transparent and straightforward pricing with no surprises during checkout.


Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.


Failed Deliveries:
If no one is present to receive the package, our delivery partner might leave a note. Additionally, our team will contact you directly to verify information and ensure successful delivery on the next attempt. Please make sure you provide accurate and reachable contact details during checkout.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We genuinely strive to provide our customers with the best products possible. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase, and we truly want to accommodate your needs. Please inspect the item as soon as it arrives, as you have 7 days from receiving the product to request an exchange. Take note: shipping for returns is covered by the customer, and items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. To compensate, we will send store credit equivalent to the value of the product which is valid for one year.

REFUND POLICY

We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. In the rare event that you receive a faulty product or if we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we're here to help. Please inspect the product upon arrival, as you have 7 days from receipt to return any faulty items. Should you need to return a faulty product, we will provide a store gift code equal to the product's value, including shipping.
