Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid through our accepted online payment methods before processing.

Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery location. Orders PHP 4,000 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila for confirmed orders placed until 6PM.
How much is same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery has a PHP 350 rush delivery fee.
How can I request same-day delivery?
Kindly message us on Instagram/DM so our team can check item availability and help arrange your same-day delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent through email or Instagram/DM, depending on where you placed your order.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, change of color, or personal preference.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please message us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your concern and assist you with the next steps.
What are the conditions for approved returns?
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days from approval. Kindly include your proof of order and make sure the item is properly packed before shipping it back to us.
Who shoulders return shipping?

For preorder items, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page or announcement post. Once your preorder is confirmed, we will reserve the item for you and update you once it is ready to ship.
